Why can’t you buy Zo Skin Health products over the counter?
ZO is medical grade skin care that has clinical studies to back up the claims about the benefits. The active ingredients such as Retinol and Vitamin C have higher concentration, pure ingredients and deeper delivery to the dermis. Over the counter products may contain active ingredients but there will not be enough of it to make a difference or could take a very long time to get an effect.
It is very simple, medical grade skin care can only be accessed through trained practitioners and medical professionals, so you’ll find it at JW Aesthetics.

How do I start a skincare journey with JW Aesthetics?
We start all our patients with a skin care consultation with Nurse Prescriber Jane Wilson & Skin Care Consultant/Clinic Manager Louise Collister. We photograph the skin using our Observ Skin scanner to identify skin needs and fully consult you over your skin goals. A protocol is then followed dependant on your skin condition, and we review you frequently with support at the end of the phone 24/7. We really do hold you hand through every part of your skin care journey.
